Bought these when my son had a major operation on his leg … great size that went along his scar and no falling off as it has the strap to keep in place …. Takes about 2 hours to use and then he would get around an hour of coldness ! Having two meant he could use one whilst I was freezing one so never had to wait, always had cold ice packs on tap for when needed ! Quality is good with a washable cover with Velcro strap …. Great for Pain Relief and bought his swelling down tremendously, very effective

I use this purely for hot compress. Great, heats up really quickly. Item states no more than 40 seconds but 50-60 is fine. Great that theirs two pouches to use and the wrap is very stretchy.

Used these several times and are very good, there is conflicting information about the length of time to heat the pack up in the microwave

Essential bit of kit post total hip replacement. Kept one in freezer and used one and alternated. Excellent for that muscle and ligament inflammation in the early days post op and later when you’ve overdone it a bit and get sore. Would thoroughly recommend.

Its brilliant woukd highly recomend works better heated up for me

Ice pcks get very cold so i i strap them over a layer of clothing which does the job.
