These solar lights give off a lot of light and I love the fact that they’re heavy enough that I don’t have to tape them down. I’ve had them for several weeks now and had some terribly high winds and they are still where I placed them. I had some old solar lanterns that staked into the ground and hadn’t worked in years. These happen to sit right on top of them and look like they’re a part of the lantern. They too have yet to blow off. I love the fact that I can just turn them off and bring them in the house for the Winter if I don’t want them to put up with the Midwest Winters. I would definitely recommend.

They looked so good on my dock and patio, I bought more to line my driveway and front walkway.

These are exactly what I needed, then come sticky tape to hold in place but I don’t need that so it is good to have that if I should need it.

When I ordered these, I didn’t expect a lot. Boy was I surprised. They are built very well and the amount of light they emit is impressive.The only negative thing I can say about them is there is no spike or tiedowns. I mean, I don’t think much will move them with the adhesive pads on concrete, but living in Tennessee where we get some strong storms with strong winds and tornados, these can become very dangerous projectiles given the right situation. And the adhesive pads will do little to nothing in those situations. Giving the option for stakes or screws would be so welcome.Otherwise, these are great lights to light your way or accent decorations.

These solar pathway lights are bright and are heavy duty being made out of a polycarbonite material which is more durable than normal plastic. They are 4" in diameter and 7/8" thick. I was surprise they did not include any ground stakes and only came with double sided tape. This really limits where these can be used since obviously you can't use them on the ground and the tape is not going to stick to wood very well like on a deck. This is the first type of these that I have received that did not have ground stakes. I might end up installing these on the sides of my metal Conex storage box since on the ground will not work unless they could somehow be secured, and the tape will stick better to metal than to wood. They have only one mode of light which is a cool white light and the silicone power button is on the bottom of the light. Because of the limited areas these lights can be installed due to no ground stakes I cannot recommend them.
