Pretty decent quality actually and very sharp looking. However everything is way smaller than you expect. A fully grown adult cat will have trouble relaxing in the box as everything is very small including the stairs.

Great product. Install was challenging. But once in solid and as promised. Great product.I have non idea why the negative reviews. Great product!!

First of all, this took me Hours to put together and install. It looked very sturdy, but weeks after I had installed it, I realized that the top of the house was falling out of the wall??? I had to install steel wires and brackets bought somewhere else to ensure that it doesn’t completely fall out, and if it does, it won’t have much give with the wires in place. Then, one of the three steps leading up to it fell out of the wall as well! I am extremely disappointed in this product and am horrified just thinking about what could have happened if it had fallen out completely without the brackets, as the house is a good 7 feet off the ground (she uses her scratching post to get up there with the help of the steps). Not worth the money, time, or frustration.

I’m giving this 2 stars because the only thing that I liked is that I was easy to put together. My cats are pretty small cats and this made them look huge. It says it for large cats so I was a little sad when my little cats could barely fit in the box. On top of tha, when I went to go screw it into the wall after the dry wall piece was in there, it just pulls right out. I’m afraid my cats are going to jump on this and it falls from the wall. I am going to have to discontinue using this for their safety.

At first my cats wanted absolutely nothing to do with it but a week later now they both love being above everyone and having a view of the entire room they spend hours in there they chase each other up and down all day . Amazing product for the price , extremely durable and easy to follow instructions

I like it. Nicely crafted. Unfortunately I think I mounted it too high to start with. And the cats can't seem to understand how the platforms work to get up to the house. I even put there tower I already had directly underneath it. And ther food and toys as well. So they could see that was all thier little corner in that room. But no luck yet. So just be careful to make mount it a little bit lower maybe. All cats are different of course. There's nothing wrong with the product. It just something we'll have to wait and see and possibly have to put more holes in the wall if I move it down lower.

This is definitely good bang for the buck, but I would not use the supplied screws and anchors as they do not work well together at all. The screws barely grasped the anchors. They were too narrow. I made the mistake of mapping out the wall for the house first and drilling six holes and pounding for anchors in to the sheetrock before testing them. As I was putting the screws through the house into the anchors, they just kept spinning. Luckily I had a anchor/screw kit in my toolbox because I had to pull the supplied anchors back out of the wall and go to the next size up with correct screws for them to latch and mount the house correctly. Go to a hardware store and get a legitimate anchor and screw kit

The media could not be loaded. Easy to mount. Holds sturdy. I put a blanket in the house and my cats sleep in it when they need a break from my dog. I also used an old pillow case and made a bridge since I didn’t have a wall stud to mount the 3rd step to.
