I've had this bed for 3 months now. I have found it sturdy and functional with a good quality look and feel.The headboard is signficantly shorter and darker than in the photos - for me that is not a problem but others, who want the tall headboard look, could have an issue. I inititally had a problem accidentally hitting the side leg of the bed but got used to it quickly - now I can't even imagine how I did it.I think the whole look works excellently with my black metal/black oak furniture and matches them all nicely. The space underneath is the perfect height for storing suitcases and other boxes which has been a lifesaver. It was relatively easy to put together when it arrive although it is naturally quite heavy. I purchased a lovely mattress and it was the right size.Overall a good purchase after 3 months, would recommend.

This is a heavy and sturdy bedframe, I live on a second floor house and so I carried it a few pieces upstairs at a time. I built it myself and it took about two hours. It was not difficult to build one particular piece. The piece labeled. I is very important that you notice it goes in the center of the two connecting parts. One side where it connects from the headboard to the foot rest was a little bit tight and entering when I wanted to put them together, so I put petroleum jelly to make it easier to insert the outside bedframe from the bed post to the foot rest and then push it through without a problem. I had the headboard portion against the wall, and I pushed it against the wall and that made it very easy. I would recommend this bedframe to anyone it’s reasonably priced. It’s strong and sturdy and it was relatively easy to build. this bed I brought for my guestroom, but I absolutely plan to spend time in my guestroom. It’s an elegant looking bed.

This is a beautiful bed! Quality materials and VERY good, easy to follow instructions. Screws were smooth and coated and very easy to assemble. No squeaking or loose joints. Very sturdy and room for my guitar hard case underneath.Very happy I purchased this bed!!

It's a decent bed frame for relatively cheap. It's shorter than my previous one being 14 inches tall, but the under-the-bed storage is still a decent amount.It's fairly robust as it can support 500+ pounds on it with no issues, even whilst... gyrating is occurring on it.Putting it together didn't take too long and it wasn't too annoying - however the final step of adding the rungs was ridiculous. It took two people to do, and the little rubber stoppers holding the rungs in place kept popping out just for no reason which is why I deducted a star. I had to tape them in and who knows how long that tape will stay in. Horrific design flaw.Otherwise a fairly decent product.

* first impression * assembly took a little over an hour by myself. very easy and clear instructions. was sturdy when i layed on it (after putting the mattress on it ofc) it has l space underneath for storage. For $125, It looks like real wood, has met my expectations. the product is seamless, modern and worth the $$! i also got a fabric drawer set from here to match it. **** I’ll update this review on the support, noise level, and mattress movement a month after use. ***

Perfect for my 10 year old son. Not to expensive and very sturdy to us. My husband and I put it together in about 30 minutes. Very easy to put together.

I purchased the queen frame. The frame was packed nicely, neatly, and all the pieces (even the screws) were clearly labeled. This made unpacking super easy. There was one issue during assembly. After following the instructions and assembling the outer frame first. The middle support piece at the top did not easily fit and slide in. The screw holes didn’t match up. We had to loosen the frame to secure this piece in place. After this all the other support pieces fit perfectly into place. After tightening all the screws the frame is really sturdy. The black oak is very dark and looks better than what is pictured. Took a little over one hour to set up the frame. The frame is sleek, yet simple, and easy to wipe clean. The frame doesn’t make any noise while tossing and turning while lying in the bad. I would definitely recommend this bed frame. Especially for the price the quality is better than what I expected.
