This feels so good! Surrounding your foot with that soothing cold
OMG does this ever feel good! I'm just coming off of ankle surgery a few days ago and I could not get an ice pack to stay put matter what I tried. This ice pack wrap surrounding my foot with the cold everywher is just what I needed. And the gel compartments are a really good size so they hit a lot of your ankle and foot with that soothing cold. This is my first try. I had it in the freezer about 2 and 1/2 hours and it's nice. Still a little bit bendy. The ice pack itself also has a decent weight to it. 1.8 lbs. So it's got plenty of gel throughout. Velcro straps hold and have about an inch and a half of material to latch on to the rest of the wrap. It also comes with a freezer bag for the freezer. And best of all it won't slip off if you happen to shift your foot a little tiny bit like a normal ice pack would

Second foot surgery, definitely recommend!
I had my second bunion surgery this morning. I can already tell this is going to be a game changer for recovery. It stays really cold, I ‘be had it on for about a half hour at this point. I really wish I would have found this for my first surgery. I will update if anything changes but I would definitely recommend this product!

Works well
Really love!! Very comfortable and fits well. I love how long it stays cold. My only complaint is the straps are way too long and you have to wrap around several times.

Perfect to ice ankle post-surgery
This was a godsend following my ankle surgery. Got two so I could rotate and keep my ankle iced per doctor’s orders. Wrapped securely around my bandaged foot/ankle, didn’t leak and was still flexible after being in the freezer. Highly recommend.

Super cold or not so cold depending what which side out
Super cold if flipped inside out! This product is pretty good, not perfect. The straps do work but can slip if mot in the right position. But in the right position they are fine. At times, it doesn’t seem very cold at all. Compared to a bucket with ice, it’s no competition, the ice bucket is colder and more surface area on your foot but if you want something to say bring it the bed and provide a moderate amount of cold, it’s good. The cold doesn’t last very long. But it’s good enough. But super cold if flipped inside out, it’s just the straps har it be flipped also but it works Also there is a gap in the foot coverage if right side inward. It doesn’t covers your toes or Morton’s neuroma area, and there’s a gap at the top of the foot near the ankle. But if you flip it the other way or press down it’s excellent Also if you have plantar fasciitis, there’s not much cold at all on the heel. In fact, it feels like the exact spot you need cold, there’s is none, I’d you have plantar fasciitis. Which is frustrating

Great Foot and Ankle Ice Pack
Ice pack works great. Pack fits around the foot and ankle. Easy to put on and very pleased with it.

Works okay, but has design issues
This ice pack will get the job done, but it has several issues that have me frustrated. Not staying cold enough for long enough is the real problem. Pros: +Nice material, feels fine and should be easy to keep clean +quality velcro strap works well and doesn't have too much of the hook part to get stuck on other fabrics +Great icing effect in the first couple of minutes, good contact when properly strapped on +Comes with a bag for keeping things clean while in the freezer +Big enough to cover my massive calf above the ankle, just closes in front Cons: -Doesn't stay cold enough for very long. It does stay semi cold for a full 30 minutes or so, but loses its real cold effect in the first five minutes -Need to wrap the elastic all around the foot in order to keep the gel properly distributed. If you wrap it tightly in just the two places they show, the gel winds up all scooting to the heel area, and I got this specifically to ice my toes and ankle. -instruction to keep in freezer for exactly 2-4 hours is a bit tricky. I find I sometimes forget to take it out or it isn't convenient to use it at just that time, but the package has pretty strong instructions about being careful if left too long in the freezer. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I wish I could just leave in the freezer all the time in between uses so I didn't have to plan ahead -The gap on top of the ankle is a bummer. Obviously I could see this in the photos and decided to give it a go anyway, but that's a spot I really could use the ice with my particular nerve issue.

Nice and Easy Ice Solution for Foot, Ankle
I completely or nearly completely severed 4 ligaments in my ankle while trail running. I tried a number of different solutions during my subsequent recovery. Is was definitely a big one. Prior to these I was using ace bandages and sports-specific ice packs. But it could be a pain to position multiple ice packs (inside ankle, outside ankle, top of foot) and then wrap it all up. Plus, I had to switch the ice out rather frequently too. These provided an alternative solution that was a bit easier to set up. You *could* walk in them but I don't recommend it, it felt like I might burst the bottom ice pack across my sole. The tradeoff was also that it made my entire foot cold, not just the areas that hurt. And while the ice stayed cold for a long time, I have other fancier ice packs that stayed colder a little longer. But these still worked great!

I highly recommend it.
I've tried various ice packs for a chronically sprained ankle and the only thing that worked well is a large ice pack wrapped around the sides of my foot. I wondered if there was an ice pack out there that totally wrapped snuggly around the foot, and this is it. This large ice pack is sewn together to form what looks like a large ski boot. And it works very well. The cold is held within the boot for quite a while after the ice pack thaws. The design has a comfy, velour like material. However, I need it colder so I turn it inside out and wear a sock. It's cold, and just perfect for my needs. The velcro wears out quickly. In fact, it stops sticking adequately after the first use. However, I find it simpler to just tuck the velcro end of the strap under the strap beneath it and it holds perfectly. So, it's actually better without the velcro, in my opinion. I'll likely buy a second one.
