G120 Globe Bulb, 18W (200W Equivalent) LED Light Bulb, Warm White 3000k, Non-Dimmable, E26 Base, 1800 Lumen, Indoor/Outdoor Use

This size hard to find in box stores.. they were perfect for our light fixtures. Very bright light for the kitchen

Installed an inexpensive dimmable fixture from a box store to put in a very small alcove. With a regular bulb you could see the socket and the bright filament of the bulb. Changed the standard bulb to this globe and it works perfectly. It looks like part of the fixture, elevating the look. When on full brightness it doesn’t hurt your eyes. And for part of what I needed, when you look up you no longer see the socket hardware. Also like that the top of the globe is opaque so it doesn’t directly cast light into the top of the fixture or the ceiling. Nicer look. Was worried when I first opened the packaging because the globe feels like cheap plastic. However, if it was glass it would be very heavy. This is a one piece globe with an LED light bulb within. You cannot see that bulb - on or off. Once screwed in you do not know the globe is plastic, either. Pic shows it dimmed. Can recommend.

Ordered the non-dimmable15W 5000K (daylight) version of the bulb. The bulb I received has a graphic on the side of the box with a 2700K indicator, so it's roughly Tungsten-balanced instead of the whiter/bluer (>= 5,000K) daylight balance I prefer. I didn't realize it was the wrong bulb until I installed it and saw the color of the light. The bulb doesn't buzz or flicker, and in terms of brightness it's probably in the ballpark of the claimed 1,500 lumens, roughly equivalent to a standard (incandescent) 100-watt bulb or the LED equivalent (usually around 18 watts or so). Claimed life is 3 hours per day for 13.6 years, so roughly 15,000 hours. So I think it's a good product, just wish I had received the daylight-balanced bulb I ordered.

These bulbs are so bright and worth the money in my opinion. I bought these for my home and my sort term rental.

I ordered this G120 18w bulb specifically because it was advertised as "1800 lumens" on the listing. It is not even HALF that bright! I currently have a pretty standard 840 lumen bulb in my dining room light fixture, which is fine enough in the daytime when there is ambient daylight to light up the small 8x10' room, but nowhere near bright enough to light up at night. I spent probably 2hrs searching for a globe-shaped light specifically because the bulb is visible in my light fixture, and finally found this listing. Purchased it to arrive the next day, and when I went to replace the bulb the following morning... I found it was NO BRIGHTER THAN THE 840 LUMEN BULB I HAD PREVIOUSLY. This bulb is dim, and not at all bright enough to light a small room. I'm mad I spent $17 for a single bulb that is not even as bright as a $2 bulb. The light fixture is rated for 22w, and this bulb is supposedly 18w and 120v. Tested the fixture JUUUUST to be sure (though I knew it wasn't the cause) it wasn't a wiring issue, and of course it wasn't. Getting 120v very clearly and have no issues other than the fact that this bulb is not even half as bright as advertised.

Hard to find bulb size. I ordered this for an old kitchen fixture and it fits great.
