How frequently does the filters need to be replaced?

For the health of your pets, please change the filter every 1-2 weeks.

Where can I get the replacement filters and sponges?

We also sell replacement filters online (search for B0BLQKMPBW or B0BYP7HF2H or B0C37KT9MH). For the health of your pets, please do not purchase other unofficial "compatible" products. If you have any questions, please feel free to find us.

For the longevity of the pump, we kindly advise cleaning the pump once a week and maintaining the water level of the cat fountain at more than 1/3 of the tank capacity.
