I’m a student physiotherapist, I use this tape on myself and others. Stays on well throughout the day and during sports and water activities like swimming and open water paddle boarding/ jumping into water. Comes off easy, sometimes leaves a little residue but easy to remove with warm water or in the shower.. super common across many brands though. Overall great quality for price

I've been using this tape on my knee following some running injuries.It's adhesive is good and has a good level of stretch, so for the price I can't fault it. It tends to stay on for 3-4 days even with showers. My only slight complaint is that it can fray around the edges of you cut it into narrower strips.

The needs I have for knee and wrist support have been greatly improved by this elastic therapeutic sports tape. Useful item to have, helps to ease joint and muscle discomfort, easy to use just cut and stick where you need it, easy to remove.

Good range of colours and fairly cheap - cuts easily. Not as sticky as some others - peels at the edges after a day or two even with rounding the corners etc. Not waterproof for swimming - peels after showers etc but if you’re happy to change regularly then works well

It’s good at holding in place muscles when working out when taking it off use oil or u might rip ur skin

Fab. Use it for my knee for running, but I also use it to tape my mouth at night! So much cheaper than buying mouth strips! Stays super sticky.
