Great product. Husband had rotator cup repair and this helps him get workout in. He likes the ability to set intensity. Pads stick well and sofar have not needed to be replaced. Recharges quickly and easy storage. Much better than those bulky machines. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build abs.

This was packaged very well. Everything I needed to get started. The devices were all charged and simple to operate. The instructions were easy to understand. Do keep in mind, if you have certain health conditions, implants, this product is not to be used.The gel sticks well to skin. Put the electronic device on pad before you put on your skin.Start arms at the lowest frequency as it is pretty strong and my arms were definitely feeling it. As for the stomach pad, I had to go up to frequency 4 to really be felt. That I'm sure is due to the fat on the stomach is so much more than arms. Definitely start low and work up to higher frequency. There are 8 different modes also, depends what you'reWanting to accomplish with this product. For me it's weight loss in those particular areas.I think using this product will be helpful for me with getting those muscle groups contracting.Would definitely recommend. 🙂

This is a well built product that provides a really convenient way to work abdominals. We have been using it for about a month and have appreciated that it is effective, but also really easy to store and take out when you want to use it.

It’s a bit smaller than it looks like it should be. The gel patches don’t hold to well. And causes some pain and discomfort when not on correctly. I’m not convinced that it does what they say time wise. I’ve been using nightly for 40+ minutes and I don’t feel like I got a 40 minute workout in. I do however use it on my back to help with lower back pain and it seems to help me with that.
