I bought this item specifically because I was looking for a rechargeable epilator rather than one that needs to be plugged in. I tried it out and it removed about four hairs from my entire leg. It's absolutely worthless as an epilator, it doesn't grip well enough to pull the hair out. I liked the design a lot, but it's completely useless. And I have much less use for the razor or foot file functions as I already have products that fulfill that role. I have used an epilator for years on my legs and underarms and this is the most pitiful one I've ever seen

It works well; however, i do need to go through the area multiple times in order to not have any hairs left. The process does take a while to remove hairs and shaving is faster. The only thing i like is that this will make ur hair grow slower and leave patchy parts in ur legs. It honestly isn't that painful. Never tried any parts other than my arms and legs (too scared for armpits and down there lol). I've noticed that it hurts more in the areas where your hairs are thinner so the thighs, shoulders, my calves. Everyone is different and it does pull out a lot of hairs out. I'm not sure if other epilators make you pass by the same area over and over again to make it 100% hairless.

This epilator is fantastic. It works better and holds up longer than those expensive name brand epilators - trust me because I've tried them ALL. This epilator is a workhorse and will last you a long time. I've had mine for 2 years and it still works like new. Even holds a charge just as long. The epilator head is very wide and catches more hair than its competitors. It also includes interchangeable heads for trimming/shaving and exfoliating. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this product!

Wanted to like this it worked great for only two weeks / uses then the tweezers stopped plucking / moving. It’s fully charged and the other heads work but the epilator head which is the main reason I bought this gave out two weeks later and I only used it two times. I ended up returning it for a new one with Amazon and the same thing happened once again. Hoping customer service from the company makes it right this time.

I bought this epilator a few weeks ago and it was working great... until it wasn't. Now it will only turn on if it sits on the base and immediately shuts off when removed. It sat on the base overnight with no change. Seems to have developed a short. If it lasted longer it probably would have gotten 5 stars.

I have very sensitive skin and a lot of underarm hair, so I was a little nervous to try this. I normally avoid waxing because of the pain and even regular razors sometimes irritate my skin. I often rely on hair removal creams because my skin is so sensitive to devices, but this did not cause any irritation at all, and I’m happy to say it removed everything in just a few minutes with no irritation. I made sure my underarms were clean and completely dry before using it. The process only took a few minutes and it removed all of the hair quickly and easily. It was completely painless and left my underarms feeling very smooth. The device is rechargeable and comes with a charging cord. The attachments feel sturdy and well made, so they seem like they will last with regular use. The callus remover head is also a nice bonus for smoothing rough skin on your feet. Very good, does the jobs, have 3 levels and is totally worth it

To start with, I haven't used one of these in ages. I normally shave but I'm tired of it so I've decided to try this out. I was worried as most of them are shavers and not actual pluckers. This is definitely a plucker! :) With a bonus shaver and of course my favorite the calus remover piece. I think it's genius. Works well I assure you. I've tried it in very delicate areas as well as stubborn areas. Not sure about lip area, I would suggest waxing that 😅 as it's painful, I swore a few times 🤦‍♀️. 😳 But other than that, I'm not saying it's not possible. Although for any other area it's a miracle wand. ✨️ I definitely recommend this product. I don't know about higher and fancier brands but I know this one works great for the very fair price it is sold for. I couldn't be any happier. Make sure to stretch the areas you are using it on as it helps pluck all the fine hairs. Yes I am braging about it lol. Because it deserved to be bragged about. Sincerely, the happiest customer. I ran out of places to pluck 🤣😶‍🌫️

I bought this epilator around the start of may, so I am talking with a few months and a full summer of experience: it's simply a very nice product. It works great, it's very nice to hold and doesn't weigh too much, the led isn't the strongest but it's just perfect to see better the hairs, and i've mainly used the epilating head but the other heads work great too. It's very easy to remove and clean or swap the head parts for the different functions. Oh and it has a surprisingly great battery! I can say i've used it more tha twice without the need to recharge. I had a little problem with the epilating head on my first buy, contacted customer support with very low expectations, but they answered right away, kept in touch, and in less than a week i had a new working epilator. If you're interested in the details of the epilator head, i've used multiple in years, i can say it is not the strongest, maybe you have to pass twice through some zones, but it doesn't break hair, it doesn't pull skin (some with big tongues may prick the skin), it has two very nice speeds, and maybe because it's a bit less aggressive it hurts a bit less than others. Overall it is a great product, epecially in the actual epilator market and with its price, and i can say i'm grateful for their customer support, who were very nice.

Excelente , me encantó ! Mi piel es muy sensible al rastrillo , y con está depiladora no he sufrido de eso. La recomiendo 1000% igual a la imagen , de muy buena calidad , la batería le dura mucho.
