DK Eyewitness Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (Travel Guide) Flexibound – August 15, 2017

Well balanced travel guide with a fairly complete detailing of many areas of potential importance for the traveler. Country history, shopping, sights to visit with detailed information. Maps & pictures abound. Recommend this travel guide as an adjunct to your travel needs.

I have been using DK travel books for two decades and find them to be very useful. I like how the contents are arranged, from highlights of the cities and places to hotel and restaurant recommendations. I also like the photos that show what the places look like. Just about everything I needed to know is included in these books. I bought this book for my friend and me to travel to Estonia in June and the information provided in this book is extremely useful. Look forward to this trip!

I buy a DK Eyewitness Travel Guide for each time I visit another country. I read through it before the trip but then leave the book at home as it is too heavy to take along -- I like to travel light with only one carry-on! That does not diminish its value as it then becomes a great souvenir to have when you get home and you want to review the places you have been. I wouldn't want the guide to be any lighter as the weight and quality of the paper add to their value. As of now I have ten of them on my study's shelf.

It was good for a weekend trip but wished it had more thorough information on museums and important art work and historical facts.

Another great DK Eyewitness travel guide. The information and insight in the book has made my making my travel plans easier. The size of the book also makes it convenient to travel with and use when WiFi is not an option.

DK travel book Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania is an outstanding source for information on travel to these countries. It has a very nice explanation of sights to be seen and excellent photos.

I’ve never been disappointed in this series of travel guides. I wish they had smaller ones for each of the Baltic states, though, as I was only travelling to Latvia for work. Excellent old city maps and so easy to use. 5+ stars - I did not miss any key site in Riga thanks to this book.

Très beau guide avec de nombreuses photos, dessins et plans commentés. Convient bien en complément d’un guide plus standard comme le Routard ou le Lonely.

The guide creates a feeling of being at the places decribed. Very useful and entertaining!

La diferencia es que son mucho más gráficas, con fotos, mapas y croquis y no tanto texto , además vienen a colores a diferencia de las Brandt o las Lonely Planet
