Beat thing ever, works very well, has a long battery life, sometimes I need to recharge it and hand file for a bit if I'm doing a serious mani, but usually don't need to! Greqt value for money and has earned its keep! Also easy for a beginner to use, great for cuticle prep, right size to hold in your hand, not too heavy.

Hi have bought this product and it’s stop charging and not working after one hour charge

Not sure if I'm using this properly, only used once so unfair to really comment, lots of little bits to use and don't know if used the right ones, will give it another go. Professionals make it look easy

Easy to use, works well

Stopped working after 3 months. However, this was a great item when it worked. The speed of rotation and accessories for different nail bed buffing and ability to use this for foot pedicures as well as manicure was great. It was easy to use and seemed great value for money, I would have recommended this. Then it stopped charging, showing only a blue fan on the screen and will not turn on despite a green charge. It does not work at all which is really disappointing. It worked for 3 months and now nothing at all. I’d like my money back or a replacement.

I’ve been using a plug in file for a while now and it crapped out on me. So I was excited to see a wireless file at a decent price. Comparing it to my plug in file, this one is just as heavy maybe a tad heavier. But it fits in my hand nicely and it’s nice not to have to maneuver around the power cord or be tied to an outlet. It’s easy to use, easy to switch back and forth between modes and it comes with 11 different bits which I loved. I was a little bit worried that the bit would stop if any pressure was applied, as so many of the reviews said. But if you put it on speed 2 or 3 you can put a considerable amount of pressure and it runs just fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that it did not say how to use the different bits, so I had to look those up myself but that’s so minor it almost doesn’t matter.
