Very effective

Not durable
Though the product is convenient to use but the quality is very poor. Mine got torn in a couple of days.

Easy to use , but material used as gel is not satisfactory
I bought this for using on my knees as cold pack. It looks ok and outside material looks good. But when kept in refrigerator , the "gel actually frozen. So it could not be fitted on knees unless it is kept outside till the gel liquifies. Not very convenient.

This portable knee cap is really value for money item . Very easy to use, leakage proof and good pain reliever for those who is suffering pain at knee joints.

Not worth it
Not worth the money,it gets ruined after three or four uses,better fill a plastic bag with water double bag it , freeze it and you have a better product

Not good. When you freeze it, the gel becomes like ice so cannot mould it across your knee joint. And if you do, the straps may tear.
