These scissors are very sharp. I love them. I was using a regular scissor to cut my toe nails and it did not do a good job. These are great. No problem cutting tough nails. I love them.

Rust after 1st wash! Doesn’t cut even a chicken skin! Very heavy to use and absolutely not worth the money! All false advertising! Now i need to worry about the return hassle amidst my very busy days! I’m quitting Amazon! I boycotted for over 2 years and had to go back as i started to have a full time job! But everything i have purchased is literally a scam! Not worth the money at all! Bye bye Amazon!

But it is very easy to get dull

Tried spatchcocking chickens and doesn't cut through the skin like other cheaper shears I've purchased through Amazon - not sharp enough? The ergonomics seem off too. The clasp feels cheap and bent somehow as well. Not worth the price... get a 15-20 set that works.

This scissors are working great. I usually used them to cut chicken, and it can easily cut the bone. I never use it to cut something else, but I believe it will work great. It's well made, sturdy, and do not rust.

I bought the poultry scissors first as we cut a lot meat, they wont even cut bacon so I severely doubt their ability to cut through anything else. I dont know if I got a dud or what but my sewing scissors could do more damage than these, do not buy. However the scissors with the walnut cracker are phenomenal & when I saw they came come apart for easy cleaning my first thought was 2-handed home defense cause they are sharp🤣 but boy those things cut through the bacon like nothing. Dont get the poultry scissors, learn from my mistake.

Excellent if you want to cut poultry into small pieces for steaming (Asian cooking). Here is a little trick I learned from using it: cut the meat part (raw) using the tip of the scissors and then then when you get to the bone part, position the bone into the center part of the scissors and in one press, the bone will be cut. Worked as advertised for me (so far on chicken, crab and lobster).

Ho acquistato questi forbici e mi sono arrivati con la scatola aperta, non dico che non sono in bellísimo stato però li ho comprato o dovrebbe arrivare nuova. Di resto tutto a posto.
