While it browns a little slower than traditional panko and is a bit more expensive, it is crunchier than any bread crumb you will use. Its flavor is mild making it very versatile. I’m even considering it as a filler for gluten free pie crust, mixing it with gluten free shortbread cookies, butter, sugar and cream for moisture.

If you eat gluten free food, it's a tasty coating for fried food, such as thinly sliced chicken breast aka "schnitzel". Unfortunately, it is very coarse, and needs to be rolled with a rolling pin in a plastic bag to improve the coverage on things to be fried..

Just love these bread crumbs. Always adds a wonderful crunch to a casserole. Always have them on hand.

Great product! Hard to find in the stores.

This is a large crumble panko which I’m not a huge fan of. Flavor is good though, next time I use it I’ll prob throw it in the blender and break it up a bit more.

Great value. I can find my favorite gluten free products on Amazon. My store is carrying less and I can now get then here.
