I have recently been having some neck/shoulder/arm pain associated with the nerves coming from the right side of my neck. The pain was a burning fire sensation all the way through my shoulder and down my right arm. I ordered this soft collar to keep my neck from shifting at night which led me to waking up with the pain. I started using this collar when I sleep and will have to say that it keeps my neck aligned to where I have not been waking up with all of the pain. I have specialty neck pillows that were supposed to work similarly, but have never gotten the same relief I have gotten wearing this collar. It works so good that I sleep with it on nightly and it makes a huge difference. I have taken naps without it on and always end up with discomfort when I wake up, so have definitely made this a routine. In addition, I carry this with me and use it while traveling on a plane and it keeps my neck in better position that a neck pillow I had bought. I highly recommend this product if you are experiencing symptoms like I have been. I am no medical expert, but do know that this thing works for it’s intended purpose! Material is comfortable and cool and I do not wake up all sweaty from the collar!

Ich finde sie fest genug, um Stabilität zu geben. Lässt sich leicht einstellen. Habe sie vor knapp zwei Jahren gekauft und ist noch genauso stabil wie am Anfang. Auch der Klettverschluss hält immer noch sehr gut, Nähte lösen sich nicht.Bequemlichkeit:Ja, es ist nicht gerade bequem, wie in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen ist. Aber sie soll ja auch den Kopf stabil in einer Position halten. Und das mache ich dadurch. Wenn ich den Kopf nicht allzu viel hin und her, hoch und runter bewege, stört sie mich nicht.Trageverhalten:Ich trage sie phasenweise mehrere Wochen täglich, dann brauche ich sie für ein paar Monate nur an vereinzelten Tagen. Momentan wieder täglich.Auch positiv:Es gibt einen Überzug, der ganz normal gewaschen werden kann. Ich habe auch die gesamte Halskrause schon in der Waschmaschine in einem Wäschenetz gewaschen - ohne Probleme.Verbesserungsfähig:Der Überzug könnte länger sein.Wichtig!Für längeren Hals ungeeignet. Das hatte eine Freundin von mir ausgetestet.

I have a lot of trouble with my neck after an injury several years ago, and at times I feel my head is just too heavy for me to hold up. So I thought I'd give a neck support a try and I read all the info on each product before making a decision. The reason I chose this one is because it gave me the option of 2 different heights of foam. The unfortunate thing is that because I am a short person all over, even the smallest of the two heights is too much to be comfortable under my chin. So it's not the product that's at fault - in fact its soft texture feels lovely - it's just that I need one a bit shorter than I can buy off the shelf.
