Great product
It works fantastic. It does burn for the first few minutes but it’s worth it! It gets rid of painful,swollen hemorrhoids in just a few days. You just have to use it!

Effective Relief
Definitely an effective formulation, at least for me, as it really seems to do a great job clearing things up and bringing relief.

precious Presto Gel
discovered it about 10 years ago and it's the only remedy I use when the problem reoccurs ... because other remedies cannot even compare. after over 40 years of suffering I can say this with confidence. They have changed the scent slightly, but it remains just as effective. its burning sensation although unusual at first is mild and it lasts only several minutes... eventually I got used to it. Presto Gel suppositories unfortunately not as good as this gel ... but that's okay because I don't like suppositories anyways.

This stuff works wonders!
This product solved my issue in less than 2 days! First time using it is a little burning sensation. The feeling dissipated in about 10 minutes.. I would give it 10 stars and definitely will continue using this for future flare ups.
