I remember seeing the Bach Original Flower Remedies products years ago in either a health food store or a health foods oriented grocery store. At the time, I gave them a quick glance because they looked very interesting and I remember thinking they were some type of floral aromatherapy fragrances, but I never did get to trying any of them. Years later, I now know they are edible drops, designed to positively assist with various states of emotion. I wanted to learn more and have found out that they were originally created by a physician in England called Dr. Edward Bach. He began creating his flower remedies in 1930 and eventually he created 38 of them. From what I read about Dr. Bach, it is said that he had a holistic viewpoint regarding ailments, illnesses and physical disorders. It is said that he was a very keen observer of human emotions, and of different personality types. To my understanding, he theorized that there was a link between the ailment/illness and the individual's emotions and that in order to help people, the emotions should be looked at as well as the actual physical condition itself. Today, there exists a Victorian cottage and garden in Oxfordshire, England where he settled after years of travelling and continued making his remedies. It is protected by a Trust and is called The Bach Centre. It is open to practitioners and to the public. His story and the story of his flower remedies sounds fascinating, and I really wish I could go and visit his cottage, especially his garden. I love new products and creations and innovations, but at the same time I also love to see older products and brands that are still around, which is another reason I smiled when I saw this product. This is the first of his formulas that I have ever tried and in looking at his entire product line there are a few other of his flower remedies I plan to try as well. I like the idea behind Scleranthus which to my understanding was created to assist with 'deciding between things'. So, I took these drops on a recent day at home in which I had many small things to do, limited time, and decisions to make on what to get done to make the best use of my day. Now maybe it was a placebo effect, but after taking these drops, I found myself powering through my various tasks and making rapid decisions as to which small task to move to next using a 'whatever came to mind' next approach. There was no time-wasting on dithering - choosing between this and that thing to do next. Maybe the flower remedy helped me to not dither, or maybe I just had the mindset that getting as much done as possible was my goal for the day without thinking about it too much, and the rest would get done another day. This is only my experience and I make no medical claims. It's important to research and decide and check into whether or not something is right for you. That said, I will keep taking this product and I highly recommend it.

I have used Bach Flower Remedies for over 20 years. They are one of those supplements that has totally stood the test of time and just like homeopathic remedies; they seem to work even if you don't believe in them!! As for the properties of this particular remedy; Scleranthus: It is designed to help indecisiveness. Anyway, historically, the flower remedies were distilled in brandy. Which in more mdern times was called grape alcohol!! It acts as a preservative and is such a small amount in the small amount that you take, it should not be an issue. However, I recognize that there will be some folks who will wince at the mention of any amount the demon drink. I imagine that is why the good people at Bach Original Remedies, saw fit to develop a non alcohol version... It seems a bit sweeter than the original versions but since you take minuscule amounts of it in practice, I can't see that being an issue. However, for some unknown reason the bottles are only half the size of the alcohol based version (10ml vs 20ml) and for a similar price... Seems a little sketchy to me. I knocked off a star for that.

I am long-time fan of homeopathy in general and Dr. Bach remedies in particular. However, I had never heard of this flower remedy -- Scleranthus -- to help with decisiveness. I gave it a try while packing for a several-week trip. I almost always have lots of problems deciding what to bring and what to leave home, so this was a perfect opportunity to test this flower remedy. You only take two drops on the tongue. Taste is slightly sweet. I gave it about an hour and then started to pack. Wow, I was able to make some great decisions quickly! I was impressed! In my experience, homeopathy works well for me, but I know not everyone responds similarly. So it's hard to say if this will work as well or as quickly for you. For longstanding indecisiveness, you may need to take this over a period of time. Again -- everyone is unique, so you need to find what works best for you. The bottle is small but I think it will last me quite awhile. Price seems very fair. And rest assured that all of the Dr. Bach flower remedies are quality made and plant based with no artificial additives. Overall, I really like this remedy and found it very effective. A definite recommend!

I had to try this magical potion that is homeopathic and its purpose is to make you decisive. It is a small bottle and in the cutest little glass dropper bottle you will see. Compared to a small eye drop bottle, it's only slightly larger. You take 2 drops and it tastes very sweet like sugar water except better. Taking this definitely brought a lot of joy as it made me and my family members a lot of laughter. I'm not too familiar with this brand but I recall seeing it at an apothecary/drug store in London and lo and behold, it is made in England. It has been around for generations and is apparently a well known brand so I felt good about trying this and will continue til the last drop. Try it for yourself!
