Not sure what people are saying here regarding it being slower than the PS5, it isn't lol So you're fine to use this on the console.

Speed and storage good

I bought this for my PS5 and oh buy did it surprise me. It is actually faster than the built in SSD making it lii I ad the games faster within few seconds.Tried playing massive games like Warzone and Red dead redemption 2, this did now break a sweat whatsoever and made the game load within 6 seconds at maximum.Truest value for money in my opinion.

***Update:Removed the drive and inserted it into a laptop. Reformatted and updated the firmware of the drive. Installed again in PS5 and reformatted. Now drive speeds are significantly improved (not as much as the internal drive but still a significant difference). Now i'm a happy camper and the cost of the drive is much justified.Only problem is, if using in PS5, in case of future firmware updates, there's no way to directly upgrade it from the console.***This SSD comes at a very reasonable price as compared to other brands. Bought this for my PS5 as using an external hard disk was a bit cumbersome. The drive installation is very easy. Speeds are not that great. Game load times are slow. Once games are loaded there is no issue. Transferring games to and from the internal drive also is not very great. However the plus point is, it let's you play PS5 games directly off it so you don't need to keep transferring games back and forth. If you can make a peace with the loading and read write speeds then go for it. 4TB gives you a good enough space for big PS5 games.

I bought around 26.6k for 4tb ssd , ps5 read speed around 6400 which is sufficient, also it cones with inbuilt heatsink ,,,, value for money

4TB SSD stop working in 3 months and company did not provide any service. There is no physical service center in India.I recommend not to buy product of this company.

Quality products which is 💯% compitable with PS5..The copy or the download and upload speed are reasonable..Hardly any lag during gameplay and comes with 5 yr warranty for ease of mind..Finally this makes your ps5 fullproof for heavy gaming and for the future 😊

This ssd is works well in my gen motherboard but it's sucks in file size more than 20gb.it drop the speed almost like an sata ssd

Just installed this 4tb ssd into my PS5! This bad boy does not disappoint! I transfer all my 10 PS5 and PS4 titles in 25 minutes! Quite a speed. Also it’s the most affordable 4tb ssd with heat sink currently available on the market. Very satisfied!Update: I have this installed in my ps5 for about a year now and I noticed all of my installed games on this internal ssd card became unplayable and super lagging! Gameplay and cutscenes were super choppy! It lagged so much that the ps5 decided to shutdown and send me an error message!!

Satisfaite de mon achat! Le prix est très intéressant aussi. Jusqu‘ici il semble tenir, à voir dans le temps même s’il n’y a pas de raison. Pas livré avec les petites vis, je préfère le préciser quand même, j’espère que vous aurez garder tout le matériel qui va avec votre ordinateur pour pouvoir l’installer sans se poser de questions.

Les perd sont réelles mais sans dissipateur correct la température monte régulièrement à 70 degrés là où mon Samsung 970 plafonne à 45 degrés au même endroit.
