Will these work to wear under swimsuit bottom? Will they leak in the water? Has anyone tried this with these underwear?

I wouldn't advise it. I pre-rinse mine in the sink. Soaking them with cold water and simply squeezing them instantly releases the blood. It also releases the blood when the faucet is running on them on the parts that are saturated with blood. They don't do that while dry on your body. So if you are squeezing your legs together while they are soaked with water from swimming, there's nothing really holding the blood from coming out as if you were rinsing them and squeezing them by hand. They are a great product and do what they are meant to do, I wouldn't advise to use them in a wet setting.

Why can’t you put them in the dryer?

I do dry mine in the dryer on low heat and they’ve been fine so far. I think high heat might affect the elastic from what I’ve heard

No- if you look at the picture you'll see there are seams on the sides, plus two seams in the front and two in the back where the absorbent panel is sewn in.

Can this be worn for swimming?

I do not suggest wearing these to swim.
