Fantastic red light lamp!
Great red light lamp, this is my second purchase of this lamp, still have the first, just needed and additional one! Only complain is that this one doesn’t shut off when allotted time is done, but that’s minor and maybe I didn’t enter things in correctly. It provides great red light and warmth, size is great for standing and sitting! The wheels on allow for easy mobility, very functional, a great value for the price! Easy assembly as well, took me 5-7 mins to put together! I have noticed better sleep when I use this first thing in the morning, I start before the sun rises! Highly recommend!

Great incandescent infrared lamp with multiple applications
I went searching specifically for a model like this instead of an LED IR light. It's very powerful, which is what I was hoping for. The height is perfect and the adjustable neck is strong and versatile. Rolls around easily. There is a little 3 button l panel at the base of the neck where you control the light from with a 2 digit, 7 red segment style traditional LED display counter. Be aware that even with the light is off, the display counter is flashing. It is dimmable, with incremental settings 1-10 you cycle through as opposed to a dial. The lamp is designed to run on a timer that can be set from 5 to 60 minutes. When you power it on, the timer defaults at 30 and the dimmer at 5 (50%). This seems to me like a good safety feature, as the lamp produces a lot of heat and it probably would not be good to leave it on accidentally unattended for long periods of time. The housing and detachable front cage around the lamp are also good for dispersing heat so that there is little risk of accidental burns. I'm very pleased with it. I own a number of IR therapy light devices, and this one is powerful, versatile, and convenient for an incandescent IR/heat lamp. It's been great for use for IR/heat therapy on my head and face when sitting at a desk, or other parts of the body when reclining on a couch or bed. Also doubles as a great evening reading light when avoiding blue or white light before bed. The extra heat is really nice during winter, and this can take the place of a small space heater and has added therapeutic benefits.

You'll be SORRY!
If I could this would be NEGATIVE stars!!!!! I been through 3 of these so far. They all appear come from the same manufacturer, same packaging & components. I noted on the last two that a part of the control pad becomes hot when device is set on high. I opened up the one I currently posess (not this one that went back) to see what's up. There's a TRIAC driving the 10 power output settings. If I have time I'll upload thermal pics. The plastic body was melted where the triac was touching it. Thermal cam sez 120C+ body temp after 3 min on high in open air for a device rated up to 125C max.... "Naw.... it'll be fine"...... I thought hmmm how about a heatsink for the triac? Done. Thermal is now ~half, well within its happy place.........still sux. All of the former devices have levels 1-10. All will F up at level 3 & be barely on well below level one & switching is more of a suggestion than a command.

Great lamp
Mine is a year old and I love it! Works great. It's a little clunky to roll around, but overall I've enjoyed it. Bought one for my Mom too.

Effective, Adjustable, and Easy to Use
I’ve been using this infrared lamp for a couple of weeks and it really helps with muscle tension and joint discomfort. The heat is soothing and penetrates deeply, and the adjustable light intensity is a nice touch—it lets me choose a softer or stronger setting depending on how I feel. The lamp is stable, easy to position, and simple to operate. I usually use it for 15–20 minutes in the evening, and it leaves me feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Love this lamp!
I was hesitant to try this, but I’m so happy I did! I love everything about this lamp. It was easy to assemble, and I can easily move it around my home for my convenience. I enjoy the warm feeling of the light, it never gets too hot. I enjoy it and it not only has helped tremendously with muscle and joint pain, but it so relaxing and I enjoy the time I spend making myself feel better. This lamp has become part of my daily routine and I am very happy with my purchase.

Works well
I like how hot it gets but also that you can adjust the heat and position and set a timer up to 30 minutes. The cord is a good length and the stand is very sturdy and rolls around the room well. It’s very therapeutic. Helps with SAD and pain.
