This product can be dangerous in my opinion
Bought this for my mum to assist with climbing stairs as I felt it will help reduce the stairs height climb. For my stairs which is carpeted, I had to abandon it after 3 steps as it wasn't a user friendly product..it also didn't have the balance a full foot as it isn't wide enough.

Liked product good delivery however no contact seller info to ask for replacement rubber foot to be sent, made me wonder if itHad been used.Tried dealing with amazon several times but only option given was to return item.Tried chat but not user friendlyUpdate not good value small step area does not inspire confidence not worth £70Worst £70 ever spent

Not suitable for ordinary stairs
The legs at the handle end are splayed wider, almost 9inches. It is too easy to slightly misplace this "helper" so that it will slip off the edge of the step. Apart from that, it is a splendid piece of equipment. Returned.

Sturdy construction but not that helpful in getting up stairs
The step is lower than I expected, it could do with being an inch higher to make any real difference in getting up the stairs more comfortably. Also the feet splay out on one end of the step meaning it barely fits on my stairs. I have to be incredibly careful eachvtime I use it.
