51 year old, athletic frame individual who does lots of hiking, walking and exploration. these pants are the perfect inflection point of reasonable cost with excellent comfort, breathability and stretch. I am 5'10" and 160 pounds and wear a 34" x 30". overall, I would reduce the length by about 1" as they are a bit long. otherwise, excellent value. deep zippered pockets so as not to lose any items on a long hike. durable, comfortable and the whole package if you are looking to avoid $100+ hiking pants. will definitely be buying more but I wish they were offered in a 29" inseam. these pants are breathable and water resistant. they do ok with briers, other things dont stick to them.i wear then fishing, a fish i caught, splashed mud on them and the mud wiped of.i bought the 38 x 30. a little long, by 1in, but the fit is great for me

The cheap belt sucks. And it’s really hard to get a better one through the loop system. Otherwise super comfy and sturdy.

My initial thoughts on theses pants are good. They’re lite weight and comfy as I’ve only tried them on as of yet. I add to this review once I try them out on hike or just wearing around for a normal day or two…

The fit is great with these and the material is super comfortable. The belts a bit cheap but I use a tactical belt for firearm carry anyways.

I’ve hiked about 55 miles in these pants. From the sweltering heat of the Grand Canyon tin the below freezing temperatures of Yellowstone’s tallest peaks. These pants are great for the price and are very comfortable. In the cold, I just layer under them. They were fine in the 100+ degree heat of Arizona. I wish all the pockets zipped and the ankles had drawstring closures, but for the price you can’t ask for more.

These may be the best mens pants on line. Interestingly they are light weight but strong as hell. Fit almost perfect... I found the pant legs to be a bit long.. but that could be good. Color is smart. Also, fabric will stretch a little .. excellent for martial arts or working.

I purchased these pants for hiking to test them out for potential work pants. These are way thinner than I had anticipated. They are thin enough to breathe, which makes them great for hiking pants, and they survived a small tumble down a hill side. When water splashed on them from the waterfall, it beaded up and rolled off. So for hot days and hiking, they would be fantastic. I do building maintenance at an apartment complex for work and these just are not going to be up to the daily wear and tear that I put my work pants through.
