Best if used only in a dishwasher...
While it the caps mostly clean, it crinkled u the caps inside of them and left wrinkles that couldn't be gotten out without rewashing them. This product probably should only be used in the dishwasher that doesn't use agitation to clean items.

but it’s easy to used so I adjusted
Just used them in my dish washer. They did everything I need it to do to clean my hat, and didn’t warp when exposed to heat-dry. Ready to use out of the box. The only thing I would say was different were the locks to hold the 2 parts together were different then what I’m used to, but it’s easy to used so I adjusted. On top of that I got 3. All I’m all I’m satisfied and then some.

The forms held the hat while washing them. But the forms attachments break over time.

Got stuck in washer and messed up 1 of my hats. And cage broke to pieces.

Frame is good but washing in dishwasher didn't work

Hats don't get clean
Doesn't work right. The hats don't get clean when washed. They do hold their shape, but they just don't get clean. Plus they are extremely difficult to open. Especially someone like my grandmother who has arthritis.
