Firstly make sure you are wanting bcaas and not aminos. I wanted/searched for aminos but didn't read the title and bcaas came up so I was already disappointed (my mistake for not reading every search suggestion). As far as bcaas go, recovery is great and I would recommend based on this (not as great as animos though). In terms of flavour, it's seems a little like medicine mixed with a cherry flavoured lipgloss! Not sure if I would recommend based on the flavour alone, it's not the nicest Xtend flavour but if you are wanting something a little different give it a go.

I love this stuff! It gives me a noticeable boost during my workouts without the jitters, and I really like that it's completely caffeine-free. I've also noticed a difference in my muscle recovery, which helps me get back to training feeling better. So far, I've only tried the cherry flavor, and it tastes great. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors!

I had been purchasing this powder from iherb for the last 2-3 years and was very satisfied with the price and speed of shipping but their prices have gone up and their sales have become too infrequent plus amazon was offering a much better price than iherb so I jumped on ordering here. The taste is awesome, no granules or powder mix left floating around after mixing and the taste is awesome and refreshing especially as a pick me up when you might want to reach for a sweet or carbonated beverage. I just hope amazon has another sale on it so I can continue to buying it here every few months rather than having to rely on iherb

The cherry flavor is more pleasant than the watermelon flavor that I bought locally. It tastes like over-sweetened kool-aid. Thinning it down helps. But 5 stars because of the results. I discovered this after I wrenched, pulled, or strained muscles in my leg in a near mishap, and it seemed to be getting worse instead of better, despite extra rest. Being a senior citizen, I feared I could not return to normal, and I've been more prone to sore muscles from daily routines and modest exercise. Within 2 days, I got excellent relief and was able to return to my exercise routine. Now, it is a daily part of my regimen. I wish it didn't use artificial sweeteners (Sucralose) and was less "sweet," but clearly I need the amino acids, so I'll keep drinking it.
