I was curious to know how it works. It does its job well. Especially, when I use iron box the shrinks will be visible and some shrinks won’t be handled by iron box. But, this steamer does it well. It gives professional no shrink clothes, saves time, safety, worry free that I may get burn my hand or cloth.

I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach Professional Garment Steamer since last 3 months, and I’m genuinely very happy with it. I will suggest not to buy this overhyped product. Initially it was good and throwing good amount of steam but gradually it started slowing down and now in just 6 months it has almost down to 20% steam throwing. It's better to invest in some other brand products than this one.

It’s a good purchase but the only drawback I feel is that it’s very heavy in weight .. after using it for approx 15-20 mins continuously i feel pain in my arm. Rest steaming quality is good. Also due to heavy weight it’s not that easy to travel.
