High quality power strip
This is a high quality power strip with a heavy power cord, and the unit itself is heavier than I imagined it to be. The power outlets appear to have brass connectors and not some cheap metal clad. Brass conducts electricity better. I like that it came with a quality cable tie and the status indicators do their job well. The devices I plugged into this all have different sizes and orientations so the spacing and layout of the plugs on this power strip were useful. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and feel safe plugging my devices into it.

The 2000J surge protection provides peace of mind, safeguarding my electronics during power fluctuations. Its compact design and 5-foot cord make it convenient to position, even in tighter spaces. Overall, a well-designed and dependable power strip that meets all my charging needs.

Great Buy! Cruise Friendly!
5 Stars – Perfect for a Cruise! We purchased the Anker Power Strip with USB Ports specifically for our cruise, and it was an absolute game-changer! Cruise cabins are notorious for having limited outlets, but this power strip solved that problem effortlessly. The 8 outlets and 3 USB ports (2 USB-A and 1 USB-C) gave us more than enough charging options for our phones, smartwatches, headphones, and even a camera—all at the same time. The 5-foot cord was just the right length to reach the outlets from the desk area, and the compact design made it easy to pack in our luggage. I also appreciated the surge protection (2000J) for peace of mind when charging our electronics. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and performed perfectly throughout the trip. If you’re cruising or need a reliable power strip for travel or home, I highly recommend this one!

One of the Best Purchases I’ve Made – Safe, Smart, and Super Useful!
I recently got the Anker Power Strip with USB Ports (5Ft, 2000J Surge Protector) and honestly, it’s one of the smartest buys I’ve made in a while. If you're like me and own multiple high-end tech devices, this thing is a game-changer. ✅ Highlights That Made Me Love It: 11-in-1 Power Hub: With 8 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports, and 1 USB-C port, this strip powers up my entire desk setup without breaking a sweat. Laptop, monitor, phone, iPad, mic, PS5—you name it, it's plugged in. USB-C Fast Charging: That 20W USB-C port is a blessing. My iPhone 15 Pro Max charges fast, even while everything else is running. Solid Surge Protection (2000J): I finally feel safe leaving all my top-tier gear plugged in. Anker’s built-in surge protection brings peace of mind, especially during sketchy weather or power dips. Space-Saving Genius: The 3-side outlet layout makes a HUGE difference in keeping things tidy. No bulky plugs blocking others—just clean, efficient spacing. Top-Notch Build Quality: This thing feels premium and reliable—something I absolutely expect from Anker. 🔋 Final Thoughts: If you're building a desk setup or just want reliable power for your home or office, this Anker power strip is worth every cent. No more unplugging one thing to plug in another, no more clutter, and best of all—peace of mind that your devices are safe. Highly recommend it. This is power done right.

Honestly, this surge protector is way better than I expected. I needed something reliable for my PC and gaming setup, and this one just works perfectly. You get a ton of outlets (8 total), plus a couple USB-A ports and a USB-C, which is super handy for charging phones, headphones, etc., without needing extra bricks. Build quality feels premium—nothing flimsy about it. The 5-foot cord is a good length and the flat plug fits nicely behind my desk without sticking out awkwardly. I also really like the layout of the outlets, since it actually gives you space for bulkier plugs without blocking everything else. Knowing it has 2000 joules of protection gives me peace of mind, especially during storms or power surges. Been running it 24/7 and haven’t had a single issue. If you’re looking for a clean, powerful, no-fuss power strip, this one’s worth it. Will definitely be grabbing another for my living room setup.

This surge protector is, easily, the best I've ever used! It is solid and well-made, a bit larger than I was expecting, and has many outlets to accommodate many appliances. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this product! I bought another surge protector from the same company, Anker, but I haven't used it yet...though I must say, it looks as solid and well-made as the first one!

A really compact, nice, solid and high quality product. However, it did not fit my intended use case, which was to mount it on a monitor arm, running the power cable down through a grommet to power under my desk. Why? Because the cord is massive, and the end is fixed so it is impossible to run through tight spaces. I have another use case for it, but do beware of this limitation if buying. Secondly, it has 2 USB-A ports and only one USB-C port -- for something with such a large gauge power input, and modern equipment requirements, I'd expect 2 or 3 USB-C ports rather than just 1. This is well documented in the specs but is nevertheless a bit disappointing.

Works very well, very practical with all the plugs and usb ports.

Love the outlet placement, leaving plenty of room between all of the plugs. The cord on this thing is also absolutely massive. Gauge-wise, I mean. It's also a really good length. I was quite surprised when I took it out of the box. I have a 1000 space heater plugged in to each of the 2 of these that I bought, as well as my MacBook Pro charging block, a large Brother color laser printer, as well as my vibration platform & so on. The one 1000 watt oil radiator heater has an equally thick gauge cord on it. No problem. The ANKER cord is not heating up at all, despite it running all day & night. The other 1000 watt oscillating ceramic heater causes the other ANKER's cord to warm just slightly near the outlet. I have found an issue with the USB-C port. I have not been able to charge my MacBook pro from this port. I have no problems charging my phone (a newer OnePlus model) & other small electronics from the USB-A ports. Not being able to put away this stinking Apple power brick was disappointing. The lights on this unit are very discreet. Just bright enough so you know the unit is functioning, unlike some of ANKER's other surge protecting power strips I bought that will burn your retinas out. I very much appreciate the discreet lights on these, as well as the size of them, the heavy gauge cord, the widely spaced outlets, the unlit power switches YAY!, nearly everything about these surge protecting power blocks. I won't call them strips, because they really are not. They are blocky blocks. I love that about them. Would buy these again, although I do hope something can be done about the USB-C ports being able to charge laptops.
