Works well
‘Used it on a recent vacation. I’ll update after the 9 hr flight back. It supported my neck/head without pushing forward (like some do)It was comfortable and I liked and used the hoodie to block the light

Comfortable road trip
I bought this to use on a very long road trip. It made sleeping in the reclined passenger seat much more comfortable. The hood fit just enough to block out any residual light and because it's small and can be compact, it was easy to just toss into the back seat. Rolling it up to get it back into the bag was a little tricky but still a quick process. Highly recommend for road travel.

Too much around the neck for airline travel!
Comfortable but a little too high around the neck It, along with the seat pillow, caused me to lean forward slightly. Feels more like a neck brace. More suitable for car or bus travel (Not Airline).

Greatest gift ever
I got this for sleeping as my husband drove us across country. My co-pilot/backseat driving is not appreciated so I bought this and slept better in the car than at most of the hotels. Now my family members that are frequent flyers are getting these because they saw and tried mine and loved it. No neck pain or going flat on one side.

Hood is small
I could barely fit the hood over my head. I was really disappointed because I wanted it to cover my eyes. When I slept on the plane. The pillow was too thick so it was really uncomfortable to use and then I couldn't squish it back to get into the bag. If you need a sturdier neck pillow then this might be for you.

Very hard!
Bought this for a 23 hour flight and tried and tried to use it and couldn’t. It’s so hard that on a plane you can’t get on the right angle. I sent it back. If you like a hard pillow tho and can recline back more then 2 inches this might be for you. As for my neck there was no way. Liked the hood idea tho!
