I am so surprised how well this works! My husband put his partials into the machine and in just 5 minutes they are clean and sanitized. I can see the debris from his partials on the bottom of the machine No more tablets!! Our only concern is how long the Ultraviolet light works. Anyway, for the quick efficiency of this machine, I give it 5 stars!

I purchased two of these. One broke within the first week so I was able to return. The other didn't break until after the return period. The issue was that the lights stop working. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer directly and sent me a link. After hours online speaking with Amazon about how the link sent me right back to Amazon customer service, there was no resolution and they basically washed their hands of it. So I will never get my money back for this crappy product. DO NOT BUY!!

Had this less than a month and it stopped working. Edit: the customer service is wonderful. It’s the product we need to be great though, right? They refunded me fully and then also sent me a new one. The new one has worked great so far so I’ve updated my review. It would be nice if the product had worked the first time but I will say they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

This worked well but just did not last. I was using it almost nightly to clean my retainer and then the connection points between the unit and power cord just gave out. I’m disappointed because I don’t want to buy disposable electronics.

The Fresh Knight ultrasonic dental cleaner worked well initially, with both the ultrasonic and UV light features effectively cleaning my retainers. However, after just six months of use, the ultrasonic function stopped working, which was disappointing.

I lightly brush and rinse then I pull in my cleaner to remove bacteria. I do once in the morning,1 once b4 bed. Easy to use and does work well.

I liked this while it lasted. However, I’ve had it less than a year and it’s already broken. The light no longer works and that for me is kind of a deal breaker. I would like to get something that lasts until I need a new retainer or at the minimum a couple years.
