Bought this wig for my Captain Jack Sparrow costume and it's very authentic. It has some beads on both sides of the wig but they're a little different from the movie and it's missing the part that looks like a slim white bone. You can buy the original looking pieces on Amazon as well and add them to the wig. This wig is the closest thing I've found to the one from the movie and and it's not expensive. It's fairly comfortable and has elastic to hold it in place. It also comes with the red/white scarf to go on it. It's a pretty good product for the price and everyone will know who you are. 4.5 Stars! With Halloween around the corner, I have to say—this wig takes a pirate costume to the next level. It’s a great match for Jack Sparrow and really pulls everything together. That said, it does take some work to get it looking right. I definitely needed a second pair of hands. Here’s what worked best: Place mesh wig cap, then wig on your head Loosely position the bandana Pull the bead string over the top Tie bandana The bead strand could be a little longer, but the bandana does a great job of holding the wig in place. It also comes with a mesh wig cap (big plus!), which adds comfort and helps avoid the usual itchy wig feeling. Don’t brush it—the hair will lose its texture and style. One thing I appreciated: the size is universal. Both I and my 10-year-old could wear it comfortably, so it works well for kids or adults. Once it’s on, it’s a hit. Tons of compliments, looks authentic, and it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours. Not too heavy either. For the price, the quality is solid. I’d absolutely buy it again for the same costume.

I purchased 2 wigs. This wig is great for my Jack Sparrow costume and my pirate skeleton. All of my 9 skeletons in my cemetery are dressed in pirate costumes.

The wig was in a bag with a separate bandana head wrap. The front of the wig is essentially like the front of a mullet. It's loose, short hair that has to be manually hidden by hand tying the bandana wrap on to cover it up. Also the bead strand wasn't attached to the wig at all it was floating in the bag.

Looks nothing like the picture, the wig is so bulky and messy that the small bandana that comes with it doesn’t fit at all. The beads are nice but loose so I’m now trying to find a wig that actually will work for the event I’m working.

Made a memory to remember, quite a struggle to make it work but the end result paid off. Happy Halloween from capital Jack Sparrow.

It looks ok, but was less than thrilled when I opened the package and beads came rushing out. Do not expect and of the decorations to be affixed to the wig and there's a high likelihood the bead strings will come undone and send beads everywhere. i bought this for the DCL pirate night on an upcoming cruise so only using it the one time and was able to fix the bead runs. when i where it, ill figure out the rest of the extra stuff. I did expect all of the hair decorations to be in the proper placement and affixed to the wig. Maybe my expectations were too high.
