As to my knowledge and experience, this product is great!There is a mild stimulant effect in the short-term, which sustains through the activity you partake in 20-30 minutes after consumption. There is more drive to get things done, more stamina during activity, and less fatigue across the length of the entire day.Depending on your current physical shape and situation, results can vary from person to person... I've been taking this stuff for about 1-1/2 months. Haven't really noticed any difference in health improvements. Was looking at the ingredients today and noticed the capsule contains 'Titanium Dioxide'!!! WTF?! It's not advertised on Amazon like this. Any company willing to use Titanium Dioxide as an ingredient does not have your health in mind and is a garbage product! DO NOT USE!
