very easy to cook with, remember to rinse first!

Good product. I’ve tried other brands and they were pretty bitter even when I rinsed them. This one is not bad, I even got my husband who is more of a meat and potatoes guy to eat it. I do rinse it before using. I think there is still a very slight bitterness but it’s very mild.

I love this Quinoa blend. As someone who suffers with IBS, Eczema, as well as being pre-diabetic, I don't tolerate gluten very well. This is easy to cook and very filling. You feel full yet not bogged down with insulin spikes, eczema flair-ups and constipation like rice and pastas will leave you. I love that it's protein and gluten-free. It's easy to digest and keeps me regular. Amazing quality stuff and I dont know why more people aren't raving about quinoa in general. Worth every penny!

I have just started a healthy routine and I have read quinoa has great nutritional value the fiber the amino acids everything in it has helped me to be healthier. The Better Body foods has a lot to choose from and great quality. I truly recommend it. You can grind it into flour and make bread to.
