Only used once so far, but first impression is great. Grinding wheel worked very well, noise is good as in not noisy. Grinding wheel cover is very nice and not bulky and allows different angles to get nails. LEDs lights are nice for better viewing. Easy for me to handle, I am pretty average sized guy. Really like that is is battery operated so not tied to a plug via a never long enough cord that gets in the way. Plan to try for beak/nail trimming with my caiques.

My previous grinder finally broke. I like this one as it is smaller making it easier to hold. Very quiet, has a light and good power. My lab hates having nails cut but doesn’t mind the grinding. My German Shepherd doesn’t mind clipping her nails but the grinder gives a nice smooth edge afterwards. I have used it about 10 times and have not needed to charge yet. Great product.

The product works well, but it does smell as it’s grinding the nail away. My dog is also scared of it, I think mainly because of the noise so we will have to work with him to not be so afraid. I really like the light feature, really helps us tell where we need to stop due to our dogs light nails.

Prefers it over getting thier nails cut. Less fidgeting, and seem to work well.
