Very informative book. Not my introduction to hypnosis, but it was my introduction to stage hypnosis, which is a skill _all_ hypnotists/hypnotherapists can benefit from knowing.

A must reading for all those interested in the art of Hypnosis. Should have included self hypnosis and elaborate a bit more to allow people to heal.

Good information, anyone interested in the interaction between stage hypnosis and therapy hypnosis should get this. But try, as he does, Royal's specializes on the stage aspect not the balance between the two. Another book would be better for that.

With all of the knowledge contained within these pages, a novice will learn amazing insight that usually takes years of practice to acquire. What a great book! A tremendous amount of information from many professionals all in one paperback. Different points of view and loads of insight. This is great for anyone curious about hypnotism, a beginner looking to get started, or a pro who just wants to brush up the act. A must have.

Massive book with larger than normal print. Makes it difficult to read unless supported.Does what it says in the review although I found it quite difficult to go back and find techniques again as there is no index at the rear.
