Best ingredients (quality) that I have found in any multivitamin so far. More expensive, but better than using non-effective vitamins that sell for half the price. Taste is neutral, and pill size is fairly easy to swallow. So far I am tolerating it well. I take with food that contains fat, to help absorb the fat soluble vitamins in the pill. I plan on buying again, and again.

The taste is almost non-existent and I feel it helps me remain at my energy and nutrition levels that I'd like to have for longevity and health.
