Okay let me start off by saying, I was in normal posture in all of these photos. I wasn’t sucking it in or pushing it out and it was really hard for me to take these photos because I have never been this bloated in my life. All of a sudden I got this random belly on me. I still am not sure why…. The only change in my life had been a recent knee energy and I was taking Prednisone (a steroid for inflammation) and I had read bloating was a part of it.I didn’t notice if I had been using the restroom regularly when this bloating occurred, but I’m pretty sure I wasn’t passing any gas or bowel movements.I took the pills exactly as it said, 4 in the morning and 4 at night. I typically exercise and eat balanced meals (another reason I was so shocked by this random bloat) I felt like I was 4 months pregnant. I worked out every single day but the last one 11/16. I don’t do a lot of cardio, mostly weight lifting. I typically workout 3-4 times a week.Now the first day of taking 4 pills in the morning and 4 at night. I did have a solid bowel movement. Next day it all becomes watery from here on out. I know this might be TMI, but if you’re looking to clean your gut, it’s the reality.I didn’t ever feel like I was gonna poop my pants or anything. But I definitely got that unsettling tummy feel. Nothing tooooo bad. I saw a comment where a girl mentioned blood. There was one day I noticed some. But honestly to me, no biggie. I just want this stomach gone.My stomach is almost back to normal. Not all the way there. But with continued exercise, I’m sure I’ll bounce back. I took the pills from 11/09-11/16 and I am writing this review on 11/17.I’m going to take my daily vitamins, probiotics, drink plenty of water, healthy eating, and exercise to get back to my regular stomach.Hope this helps :)

These are the best cleanser. No painful bubble gut. I tried Dr. Tobias and it was awful. I awoke every night at 3 am to awful bubble gut pain that wouldn't stop until I evacuated. I'd end up sitting on the toilet for an hour after several unsuccessful attempts and losing valuable sleep. This cleanser is gentle and effective. If you take it in the morning, be near a toilet when you eat during the day. What you eat comes out within the hour. I could really tell it was cleansing me. My stomach flattened and I felt lighter. Sometimes I just take 4 in the evening and skip the morning dose if I know I won't have toilet access that day. This is a great cleanser!

I have tried other cleanses but I like that this has both a Men's and Women's formula that is different. My partner and I took these together and reminded each other to take it on time each day for a week. Stayed close to home for obvious reasons and am happy with the results.

This detox gets the job done! It's very powerful so be mindful of the foods you eat during your detox as to not bring discomfort to your stomach during your process.I've been using this product for years and it's really helpful to reset after eating too much or needed really good bowel movements.If you feel like the 4 pills are too strong, I recommend just taking two pills at the day and night as to still reap the benefits of this detox without feeling uncomfortable.
