I absolutely love my little baby shark! I had a shark robot previously which I used until the button which you push to pull out the dust pan with fell out one day on me and I still haven’t thrown it away due to heart break and due to the fact I am hoping I can fix it in some way. I also don’t have a ton of money for things like this so I bought the Shark Ultra 2 in 1 - refurbished - for a test run. It took a long time to map it out of course which is a pain but once I turned it on it worked wonders! I don’t have a large space at all by any means but I have wood floors and 2 boys age 2 and 7 - neither of which ever get any food in their actual mouths if you’re going by what is in my floors. I hated the lapse of time between my 1st shark falling apart on me & buying this one. I also have an upright shark.. but if I run around behind my 2 children all day trying to keep their food out the floors so it’s not sticking to the bottom of my feet if I want to not put socks and house shoes on in the summer I need something that can run and allow me to do other things that I don’t have to do anything other than push a button. For me it allows me to get our kitchen cleaned up laundry squared away and I can spend some time with my boys before work now thanks to replacing the old one! There is noise control on the actual vaccum itself as far as the buttons and talking goes & when it sucks the dirt out into the tower it’s quite loud but not enough to wake up my sleeping 2 year old so it’s quiet enough for me. It looks brand new even as refurbished.. I did have some water pour out when I went to add in the water to the mop. The battery stays charged in our little space especially once you allow it time to charge up. As far as the sensor quality I rarely see anything left in the floor and I do notice this one doesn’t bang into things near as much as my old one so I’ll give it a 10 out of 10. Value for money for me it’s priceless with 2 boys 2 dogs a cat chickens outside dusting everything constantly which gets tracked inside and a husband who is just as bad as both kids this thing has given me precious time back with my kids that I definitely noticed was missing when my other died. I love it. I recommend it especially if you have kids or pets. I only wish I knew how to fix them myself so I could keep my old one too!

I ordered this vacuum about a month and a half ago, and within a few weeks, a small plastic piece on the vacuum broke, making it completely unusable. Amazon replaced the entire unit, but when the replacement arrived, it was already broken right out of the box. This time, a plastic piece on the charger had snapped, making it inoperable. These are clear design flaws due to how cheaply the product is made. It might be lower priced, but you definitely get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product. I have several other shark vacuums and have never had any issues. I have the other two and one shark robot vacuum that cost nearly twice as much as this one, and it has lasted me over a year now. Very disappointed. I do like the shark app and have three other shark robot, vacuum vacuums, which is the only reason I am even remotely interested in purchasing another.

Excellent purchase, highly recommended I am extremely satisfied with this Shark robot vacuum. The setup was very easy, and from the first use you can tell the quality of the product. It does an amazing job picking up dust, hair, and dirt, and the mapping feature works great, cleaning in an organized and efficient way. I love that it automatically returns to its base and works almost completely on its own, saving me a lot of time. It’s perfect for hard floors and cleans very well, even in corners. Definitely a great investment that makes daily cleaning much easier and keeps my home spotless. I would absolutely buy it again. ⭐✨

This is a repaired unit so it was significantly cheaper than a new unit. The unit so far has performed flawlessly and I look forward to many cycles across my hardwoods.

Love this! It’s my second one. The first one died after four years. I wondered if I needed to replace it and YES I did. Syncing with the Shark App and mapping my home was easy. Even I could do it! The price for the refurbished one was a good deal and I ended up buying a two year extended warranty for it. A WORD OF CAUTION… some Amazon sellers offering an extended warranty don’t cover return shipping. Read the small print. I would have given 5 starts but this one is much noisier than my previous one.

I have had this vacuum mop for almost a year and it’s slowly dying. The suction it’s not working best and it’s just spraying it across the floor. The map accuracy is not accurate and it starts going off into places it shouldn’t. It tends to get stuck on our patio door and runs into everything hard. I’ve tried to reprogram it and it still doesn’t work. The WiFi connection takes a while to connect which is a bit strange as well. The noise level is pretty loud making it hard to listen to our tv if we are watching something. Also watch out for ankles and feet it will road rage into you if you’re in the way lol…

Have had a Shark stick vac for several years and it’s been great for dealing with pet hair, so I figured automating this process would be a win. Unfortunately, the item is packaged in such a way that a heavy chemical perfume from the included sample bottle of mop cleaner permeates the packaging and the plastic of the unit itself, rendering the unit unusable inside the house. Shark does not offer an unscented product. Overall the unit feels cheap and flimsy.

A mi me loego como nueva. La compre sin ver los comentarios y me asuste, pero al ver el empaquetado (pero no el original y sin el instructivo) me asuste, pero en realidad solo faltaba eso. La limpieza del tanque es manual Le tienes que colocar acua cada que vaya a limpiar. Lo que no contemple fue el liquido que esta aprox > 700 mx y no es 1l Viene de regalo una botellita Si limpia muy bien solo que tiene un rechinido medio raro cada que "trapea" En fin. Estoy contenta con la compra
