Very good product and excellent customer support. I purchased the Agro Elegant Electric Kettle about three months ago. There was an issue with the auto cut function, but the company responded quickly and replaced the product within 4–5 days. The new kettle is working perfectly. Really impressed with the service and support. Highly recommended.

I really liked the kettle but less than 20 days after I bought it, it short circuited and shocked my wife. I will never recommend this product to anyone. I'm really sad because I liked the kettle. And I can't get a refund or replacement. I need a solution. Till then I can't recommend buying this kettle.
