Good quality set, very pleased
I love the look and feel of this natural earthenware pottery set of bowls, and plates.Arrived very well packaged so every piece was in perfect condition as I unwrapped them. The neutral tones with the swirling pattern will match well with my other crockery. All pieces of a generous size, soup/cereal bowls, larger fruit/pasta bowls, with side plates and dinner plates; 6 of each so plenty for when we have visitors. The authentic pottery look was the most appealing thing about this set to us, with a smooth glaze. We have used them, and washed them numerous times since they arrived, no need to scrub clean as even after a more greasy/oily meal, the food debris just slids off, and the glaze stops them from scratching.Wasn't sure if my partner should microwave his dessert to warm it up, but arrived too late to stop him! anyway, thankfully, it wasn't a problem; so safe in a microwaveIf this natural look pottery is your choice, then you'll love this set. Well made, feel sturdy and durable; washes well without leaving any food odour behind; and delivered to my doorstep within a few days after ordering; very pleased. We would recommend, and purchase from this manufacturer again.

We received the plates and they were damaged it took awhile to get in touch with the company who supplied but once in touch they went above and beyond to resolve the matter my mum now has a nice new set.

Not high quality guaranteed
Overall the quality of the glaze on some pieces is poor, one of the bowls has sharp edges where the glaze has chipped, the box contains shards from a completely different product. The time it's going to take to repackage every thing and wait for collection is not worth the hassle, cannot contact anybody, just stupid options, when I only need one bowl replacing. Spend your cash elsewhere !!

Los platos Vancasso Bonbon son una joya: el gres pintado a mano tiene un acabado precioso y el azul queda perfecto en la mesa. Son del tamaño ideal (19,4 cm), aptos para microondas y lavavajillas, y se notan sólidos para uso diario. Vinieron un par rotos en el envío, pero el reemplazo fue rápido y la gestión excelente, así que al final muy satisfecho. Calidad y buen servicio.
