Won’t charge
At first I loved it. It worked great until I had to charge it. It came with a full charge and I used it but now when it’s plugged in, it will not charge and it’s past the return date not happy

Most aggravating thing about this item.
The connection inside the battery that goes into the IPhone is its weak point. It tends to get stuck and breaks apart from the battery case too soon after using it for a few months.

Works but the case is very picky on what wireless charger it will work with.
It works. the only issues I have found so far is that wireless charging does not work with all wireless chargers. It doesn’t work with any of my wireless charging stands, with my wireless charger built in my car, it only works with the wireless charger built in my desk. It also has to be perfectly align or it won’t charge. I thought it was broken and I ordered a replacement but the replacement had the same issue. I’m assuming it has to do with how much electricity the wireless charger passes to the phone. I couldn’t find what the recommended minimum amount is or how much my desk passes through compared to my wireless charging stands.

Case broke within 3 months.
I bought this this battery case for my iphone 14 three months ago and it just broke. The little button on the back that you press to engage the charging feature broke off and rendered it useless. If th company reaches out to replace the case, I will re-review.

Does not charge wirelessly. Not a good case.
This phone does not charge wirelessly. I've had three other battery cases and I can set them on my wireless charger and they work fine. This one does not very disappointing. Find another option and I think you will be happier. In addition, this battery overheats and will halt charging. I am very unhappy with this product.
