I have cats…one that’s pretty fat, and a few others. Had a catio built outside and had the pet door installed from garage to catio. It’s a very sound fit and the cats can freely go in and out. Works great and very attractive.

-My probem was rectified by giving me a credit. I appreciate the quick response. I’m pleased with this product. Thank youProduct looked like a returned defective door. My dog is having puppies any day and I don’t have time to return and get a replacement. Need it installed today. Called and asked for a discount, and only a replacement was offered. Frustrated and mad. I can make it work but it is going to need bent back and painted to not rust due to elements.

Easy to install. Did have to cut out one stud since it was wider but still easy to install.

I did this myself in an hour and a half, and I am not good at this kind of thing. I had to use shims because I was replacing a door that had a larger cut out. My only recommendation is when they say use silicone sealant on the inside of the piece that slides over the other piece, it seems to me it would be easier to put it on the outside of the smaller piece instead.

It looks nice but it’s hard to install. The hardware is installed in the tunnel versus around the frame and the flaps are pre installed. You need a rivet gun but the pressure applied to the frame bent it slightly, so now the doors don’t close smoothly.

I’m 75 years old and not a carpenter but I was able to install the door. Instructions easy to follow.Hard part was cutting through wall to outside. I had enough tools to accomplish that but it took a lots of nerve for me to try it. I’m proud of the end product and looks and works as should. My 4 cats and I love being able to put kitty litter trays on back screened in porch. Fresh air for all.

This dog door looks fantastic and is easy to install. However, as soon as the dogs started using it the door flaps fall off. We "fixed" the flaps several times, reset them, reinstalled them, but they still fall right back off after just a few times. It is a terrible design and can't be fixed unless you want to modify the door design and drill some holes throught the plastic flap and hold it on with screws.

Edited to say the seller reached out to me after my review. They are sending me a new dog door. I changed my review from one star to 3 based on the sellers response. Just wish I didn’t have to change out the door.The outside flap fell off after only 5 months. We tried to put it back on but the metal piece that the screw goes into is striped so it won’t stay on. This is very frustrating because I believe I need a whole new dog door just because of the flap. There’s no option to contact the seller. Hoping I they reply to this to see if there’s a replacement piece. I can’t believe what a flimsy piece holds the door flap on. This goes into the wall so to replace it, it’s not an easy job, they should make this more durable.
