Easily my favorite energy bar. Tastes great and is full of great nuts fruits and seeds. Only downside is these break apart really easily, if you carry them around in a backpack be prepared to eat it like granola. I accept the fact that they break apart because everything in it is so good for you

I had to stop everything I was doing to write this review. I've been keto maintenance for about a year and there is precious little I can stack on without straying from the plan or getting super bored.Long story longer, this has fruit and Kale one thing I love and one thing I loathe but I know is good for me (and a healthy source of carbs).And it's delicious. I mean really. It's good. (And, trust me, I'm normally the Skeptic Supreme when it comes to snacks boasting both flavor and health benefits. Most of it tastes like sand. Lol. Not this, you guys)A hundred stars. Delish.

This is a great tasting, nutritious bar that is filling but not heavy. I like to have it after my pilates class or as a snack in between meals. Nice variety in flavor choices. Highly recommend!

kind of tastes like bird seed

I love them. I want to eat them all the time. I think since I have to watch so much of what I eat that my body is craving everything that it needs in these bars.

I was very disappointed with these bars. They were incredibly dry and kind of tasteless.

These are great bars doe on the go, even my 15 month old loves them! I like that I know all the ingredients in them.

These smell like compost, but actually taste pretty good.
