Got this for my college-age daughter living in Chicago to carry around her Fox Labs OC spray. Low-profile, easy to put onto backpack straps, and holds the canister securely.The main issue with any pouch, is accessibility. This is for storage/portage ONLY, not for rapid deployment. People need to remember that. The most rapid way to deploy OC spray in a critical incident is to have it in your hand BEFORE the conflict. In other words, if you're walking home in Chicago after dark, the spray should already be in your hand as you are walking home.That being said, this pouch represents a solid value in lower-profile OC spray carry. It seems durable, but we'll see how it does over the next 60-90 days of everyday usage.

The overall quality of the material is good...however the snap that attaches the strap to your belt keeps coming undone. This one will be returned.

This pepper spray holster seems to be well made, but it's too big for the size of spray that I carry.It probably wouldn't matter if it's too large, except that it makes my shirt protrude outwards from my belt.This would be a better size for someone that doesn't need to conceal their pepper spray.

This was not used for mace, rather to hold a utility knife at work. A bit tall for the knife when it’s folded up, but otherwise fits great and stays put. A nice, multi-purpose pouch.

it detached itself from my molle vest when i needed it most.Someone literally threatened to end my life and while I was pulling the pepper spray out the pouch decide to come off my vest with it. In the heat of the moment I simply dropped it in the mud and decided to come back for it later intent and to return it.But no it was stolen.I legit work as a armed security officer. I need gear that works and doesn't fail the first time I use it.

Well made and does the job

A reasonably well made holster with a molded pocket, this feels sturdy and the stitching is well finished.It's larger than I thought it would be and is, unfortunately, too big for the particular spray canister I currently have. It could also be used to hold other items, such as a folding knife. The back loop has a snap fastener for easy off and on options other than a belt (I would be more likely to fasten this holster to my pack, as I seldom wear a belt). The front snap fastener is a little hard to press close, but may get easier with use (?)

I got these to hold a set of pepper spray cannisters that I got for self-defense. This was much more than what I was expecting and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a holster like this.Pros:+It's made of strong, quality nylon. It has very little flex and it feels very durable.+It attaches easily to a belt or purse strap.+The snap opens/closes easily but not so easy that it would come open without some help.Cons:-This is probably my fault, but this holster is a little large for my pepper spray cannisters. They sit in there very loosely.
