Very cool buildings
Love the modularity of this Lego set being able to move the buildings around. It also comes with a good amount of Lego minifigures. The variation of rooms within the set was great. It was a fun build!

3 in 1 Town is a Winner!
This Lego set is so fun! It’s 3 in 1 and leaves it up to the builder to decide what town they want to construct. My son picked the apartment style. Directions were easy to follow and exciting to put together. Love the characters and rooms they are in. This set will bring lots of play time even after it’s built! Picture for reference.

son LOVES this set. favorite part is all the different very detailed rooms. his only complaint is “all the buildings are so cool” and he wants to build all 3 builds without taking apart the buildings he finished. now he wants 3 of these sets.

Better than vlogger reviews would suggest
This set is better than vlogger reviews would suggest, atleast un my mind. I think those video reviews question the set’s value at the 140 USD suggested retail price but it seems to be readily available below 100 USD. I have only built the coffee shop so far and enjoyed the building techniques, detail. The interior has enough for me. I don’t care that the back is open, dollhouse style. All of this being said, my main impetus for getting this set was the “c” build, the art deco building, as it seems to me to be pretty unique in the lego spectrum. Aside from the 400 dollar avengers tower, Is there any other vertically aesthetic, city building that is a departure from the usual rectangular and corner builds and still scaled for minifig fun?

Great quality and variety of store fronts.
My grandson, aged 8 years old just loved this set but then he really loves LEGO in general. A true Lego lover will like this set but be aware that other children might prefer a different theme than just city themes.
