Can these be transplanted mid July?

If you do, please don't expect flowers this year. I did mine end of last year and now has flowers.

Can these be planted out now ?

I have checked and I was told that they can only go into large pots outside but sheltered from the wind and frost. They can be kept indoors in a porch or greenhouse with good light

Can tbis shrub be planted in a shadded area.

I think so mine are in the sun but some old ones in a more shaded area.
