Question 1

Why does the nutritional info label show iron as an ingredient?

Accepted Answer

I checked the label carefully, but mine does not show iron as an ingredient; however, under “Fruit & Vegetable Blend” they list Spinach and Kale which have iron (though I’m not sure about Kale). I assume that’s why your label might say so (mine does not).

Question 2

Anyone know if this company (since they changed their name) still make pesticides? Bummed but this isnt natural.

Accepted Answer

Thank you for considering Naturelo Premium Supplements.

Question 3

How large are these vitamins compared to the size of Ibuprofen?

Accepted Answer

We use Size 0 capsules, which are smaller than regular capsules. They are 0.85 inches long by 0.30 inches wide (21 x 7 millimeters). Most people find that they go down quite easily with a big gulp of water. However, if you have trouble swallowing, you can easily open the capsule and sprinkle the powder onto your food or drink. Mixing the powder with a thick liquid such as yogurt, applesauce, or a smoothie works best.

Question 4

Why is this iron free?

Accepted Answer

Iron helps build muscle mass and healthy blood. Teen bodies do this at a faster rate, so they need more iron than adults. Teen girls need more iron than guys, especially once they start menstruating, which increases iron loss. NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin for Teenage Boys does not contain Iron while NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin for Teens does contain Iron.
