Great Value, One Glitch - easy to fix if you have the instructions
Wow, what a great value to add some mood lighting to a space. We put these under our son's twin lofts to provide some customization to their space and they love them! I did have one issue the reason for the 4 star review - both sets that I bought malfunctioned within a day of installation. The colors on the remote didn't match the color output of the lights. It was resolved by doing the steps in the Q and A on the product page (pasted below), but there was nothing about this in the light kit. The "instruction manual" was a sheet of paper not much larger than a business card printed in 6 or 8 font on one side. It is pretty intuitive, but I could not have fixed this issue without instructions, here they are:Question:My light strip's colors not match the remote controller's button when i use the IR remote? Can you please tell me how can i deal with it ?Answer:Hello,For colors not match the remote controller's button, try below:Step 1, Make sure all part of the LED strips kit are connects right and powered.Step 2, Turn off (press the right top red button)Step 3, Press the ""FADE7"" button ,it will quickly flashed.Step 4, Turn on the LED strips again, press Red, Green, blue button one by one, it will change to its original color.If it is not the case, please try Step1 - 4 again until it is change to the correct color.hope i can help you.

Don't waste your money on these!
Unfortunately after taking the lights off the roll, took them into the house to plug them in and the end broke off of the led stran. The wires are so thin, you can not move them to much or they will break off. So I have not even been able to even turn them on to see what they look like. 😠The manufacturer offered to refund my money and I NEVER saw that, then offered to send me a new set, and you guessed it, I NEVER saw that as either.

GREAT LED LIGHTS
I have these LED lights around my 3D printer and they look so amazing. The remote makes them easy to use and show off my printers. It was super easy to set up. I like having the white lights for when I am printing to make everything easy to see both live and over my web camera and then on the slow fade for everything else.

Great lights!
The lights are bright and look great. The remote works well. The tape holds pretty well, but my project had some extreme 90 degree bends that the sticky doesn’t hold to so well. A little glue fixed it to the wood. I would def recommend and would buy again. I built these shelves for a dance studio and lined them with the lights, they light up the whole room!

DO NOT BUY.
Do not waste your money. I bought these lights in December and by February the adaptor had stopped working when plugged into the outlet. 2 months? That's all I got out of these. Not only that, but the remote sucks and the colors don't match up with what it shows on the light strips. DO NOT BUY THESE!

sooooooooo cool
i looooove this product so much. great color option, great remote control but the problem I have is the sticky part that is supposed to stay on my bed frame is completely ineffective. it came off after the first day. it is so obnoxious. i have no clue how to keep it in place now since the sticky side is "dried out".

Cheap product.
Self adhesive is no good. Came off the lights and they fell to the ground. Remote only works if your 1 foot away..

Use tape for adhering it to surface.
Great lights, very easy to setup and awesome variation of colors and expresions. The only thing I dislike about this product and it’s a huge thing is that it doesn’t stick well with the 3M adhesive. I applied and the next day it was falling off. It was a disappointment.
