# Review: Nylon Trail Loop Band for Apple Watch **Excellent fit and durability for heavy daily use** This band is an outstanding upgrade from my previous branded model. Right out of the box, it **fits my Apple Watch Series 9 perfectly**—no filing or adjustment needed, unlike my earlier experience with other bands where I had to remove and file down the protruding connector tips (on an oversized apple watch band with a connector able to fit the larger to smaller watch series.) ## Build Quality and Durability The construction is genuinely impressive. I've put my previous similar band through serious punishment over 1-2 years: yard work, construction sites, sweat, grime, dirt, and mud - and occasional washing machine cycle. The sewn embroidery and nylon cloth held up remarkably well, eventually becoming flexible like worn blue jeans. This new band appears to be built to the same durable standard. The elastic is **exceptionally strong and maintains a firm fit**, which is critical for me since I rely on my Apple Watch's heart-rate monitoring for my Atrial Fibrillation (A.Fib) management and use several sleep-tracking apps. ## Comfort and Wearability The velcro closure and connector buckle are **noticeably stiffer than my year-old band**, but this is expected for a new item. The stiffness will work out with regular wear and will become more flexible over time. The elastic itself feels premium and provides excellent support without being uncomfortable. Thsiwon't work off accidentally. ## Design Features The **reflective embroidered patch is a thoughtful addition**. While I wouldn't rely on such a small area for highway safety, it's genuinely visible when walking a trail in low light—another person in front of me would definitely notice the reflection by flashlight. The band is dressy enough for church or work, making it genuinely versatile. Being an ex-Navy veteran I appreciate the dark blue band and the subdued (not so brightly colored) dark American flag. There are several other good band colors, so it was a hard decision. ## Overall Assessment This is a **dependable, durable, and well-designed band** that justifies its cost. My wife made an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable daily-wear band that can handle real-world punishment while maintaining a secure, comfortable fit.

Update, the last two pictures are the new band that I just bought scott some WARREN Janet really liked the American flag. They did it proper and right! This is exactly what I was looking for just bumming around town so I want the serious watch band I’ll put on my heavy duty one. The new watch band that I have it’s softer a little bit of flex to the band Will fit a bigger wrist and it has a little bit more color that I want it. I wear two watches one is my I watch which is always facing down because it’s my timer for when I take medication it is also my phone I don’t on a phone I want to watch phone allowing me to get my text messages and talking to people so having an every day band that I can use, that’s comfortable is nice perform want to go in russet black or black heavy duty band is what I’m using. Read the materials of the bands you’ll you’ll understand which ones softer and which ones tougher! Still a five star band all the way around! This is almost a full blown military grade strap. It will not fall off in the water or the surf. It was comfortable right off the bat. If you have an extremely large wrist and I would call or send them an email I do not have a large wrist, and this fits me perfectly so from small to medium large it’ll fit just about anyone. I like the little details for the ones that have color, and so that’s why I ordered another one. This is the first one I had is in the video I still have it and I still use it every day , but these things can start to smell. While I wash and use my every day so I bought another one for while my other watch band is being washed lol. , but these things can start to smell if you sweat a lot work out a lot you’re gonna want to clean it at least once a week and if you’re not surprised, active once a month . I like this band! My only complaint is that it’s not one solid band. It has an extension that’s sewed together. I was looking for one similar to what came with my Apple Ultra titanium! I’m still using it. Adjustable but will only go so small! I don’t have large wrists and I am right at the smallest you can go! Velcro with elastic fabric. Very soft and the grey color is perfect! Very light and comfortable!

It’s well made and breaths well. I find the flag to be a little more sparkly then I would have liked.

Husband bought 2 so he could wash one and wear the other. He works outdoors and wanted a more comfortable, flexible, easy-adjustment fit. He likes it a lot. Holding up well - doesnt look brand new anymore but it is not falling apart. Construction is solid. Would buy again.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this watch band. Its predecessor lasted much longer than other bands that I’ve purchased over the years. I’m hard on watch bands and most have rarely lasted more than a year. It’s absolutely the easiest watch band to put on and take off. It doesn’t stretch out of shape like so many others have. I have a small wrist and was concerned that it might not fit but that wasn’t a problem. It’s very comfortable and secure on my wrist. It’s not the dressiest watch band but for everyday use it’s simply the best. I never think twice about jumping into the pool with my watch on anymore. This band keeps its shape and color no matter what I put it through. When this one gets old, dirty and tattered I hope these are still around because I can’t imagine going back to any other band.

I love this apple watch band! It's great for every day wear as well as all my outdoors activities. I love the strong velcro closure and it's so easily adjustable. It looks great and was easy to wipe clean after gardening. Definitely going to use this one long-term!

The band itself is looks good, fits well, feels pretty good quality. Sadly there are two points specifically that take away from a 5-star review. On the Ultra 2 (maybe the original one too), the part that slides into the watch doesn't fit right and causes it to rattle when the watch vibrates with notificstions. If you're one of those weird people who wears their watch like a wrist tourniquet it'll be fine but you can still see the gap of the metal (pictured). Second point, the picture in the description and listing is inaccurate. As you can see, the metal loop part is far closer to the watch than what's pictured and can not be adjusted. The location of this metal loop is right on your wrist bone which is irritating. Overall, it's a fine band with a couple screwed up details. If anything changes I'll update it as I've only worn it for a day now. If the manufacturer really reads these, please update your photos for accuracy and redesign the metal part that's goes into the watch so it actually fit and doesn't rattle.
