Hello, What are the exact sizes of the package that is shipped? I guess it should be smaller because the parts are separately and disassembled.

I have no idea what size the shipping box exactly is, but it is smaller than the actual grill. It took us almost 2 hours to have it assembled. Hope that helps.

Can it be use for smoking?

Is this grill sturdy? And since side tables are foldable, are they suitably made for all the extra movement?

The grill is not sturdy. The handles are wobbly that raise the charcoal plates up....they are firmly screwed in so it's not human error. The lid is securely screwed in place and can move slightly side to side. Not to mention no matter how tight I tighten the screws in for the lid, they still come loose after a few times lifting the lid.
