Turkesterone is supposed to be helpful when working out and to boost energy. However, here's no scientific research which confirms those claims. I don't really feel any different but maybe it's just me, perhaps others could feel some effects. As it's different for everyone, I would say to try it and see if it feels effective for you.

So far so good, I will need to take them a bit longer to get the full effect but have seen some improvements.

Easy to swallow tablets with no after taste and no side effects. I’ve been getting stronger on my weights in the gym since taking it but I’m not sure if it’s down to this or just normal progressions. But I’m going to continue to take this anyway for a good few months as the research on Turkesterone is very promising for boosting testosterone. I think things like this you have to take for a good few weeks consistently. Also loving how it will be a good stress adaptogen and has anti-inflammatory properties. It’s a smaller tub than I thought it would be but that’s not a bad thing it’s still got a full months supply, and is a high dose compared to other similar products. So I’d recommend.

If you do weight training you will want to get the best results you can and turkesterone is a good way to give you a boost. It can help with muscle growth and energy. This is a large dosage. If you haven't taken turkesterone before it is a good idea to take a reduced amount 1st to see how your body reacts. This arrives in a small sealed tub. The capsules are easy to swallow and there's no nasty aftertaste. I did notice a difference in energy throughout the day and more so when at the gym. Good quality and value Recommended.
